Frank's Basement Systems is looking for Installers to complete our winning team. We specialize in Basement Waterproofing, Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, and Humidity and Mold Control. If you meet the requirements below, we invite you to apply for the Installer Position!

The Installer is essential in bringing each job to completion, while working safely to provide an efficient and quality installation. What You would Do:
· Perform quality and efficient installations.
· Load trucks in preparation for the job site.
· Use safe methods when handling tools and equipment.
· Leaves the customer’s home clean and proactively take measures to leave it in better condition than found.
· Supports the management and mission of Frank's Basement Systems.
What we need for this role:
· Valid driver’s license
· 1-3 years experience in Construction or closely related field.
· Must be able to lift or move up to 70 lb. occasionally, up to 50 lb. of force frequently, and up to 20 lb. of force constantly to move objects.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction and specific instructions.
· Ability to stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
· Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
· Ability to learn, adapt and work with integrity
