- Match clients and Caregivers based on needs, skills, and location
- Maintain schedules, fostering quality matches and strong relationships
- Ensure accurate client and Caregiver records
- Answer calls professionally and assist with inquiries
- Review caregiver availability and help coordinate shift assignments
- Use independent judgment to resolve caregiver, client, and staffing concerns
- Monitor, mediate, and log activities in our software system
- Attend caregiver, administrative, and other meetings as needed
- Address client and Caregiver concerns as needed
- Communicate openly with colleagues, Caregivers, clients and their family members
- Must be able to work 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to learn
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (comfortable learning new systems)
- Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and stay organized
- Reliable, trustworthy, compassionate, and respectful
- Ability to type
- Commitment to the position long-term
- Passion for working with the aging population is preferred
- Completes criminal background, drug screen, and reference checks
