Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers—we call ours Care Professionals—to become a part of our team and join our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

What you will do as a caregiver at Home Instead:

• Personal Care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Light Housekeeping & Laundry
• Grocery Shopping & Meal Prep
• Transportation to Appointments & Errands
• Companionship & Conversation
• Mobility Assistance, Support and Transfers
• Medication Reminders
• Hospice & Dementia Support (training provided)
• Participate in on-going training to update your skills
  
  

What You Will Need To Be Considered

• Preferably, you have at least 6 months of experience caring for an elderly person
• If no previous caregiver experience, we will train you on the skills and techniques to deliver personal care.
• Known for dependability and building relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech savvy- we use Well Sky App to help you manage your care plan
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are able to lift, push, pull 25 lbs
• You have a valid driver license and an insured vehicle
• Local commute
• You are a NON SMOKER
