8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable, experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one support in a home setting in Dexter. This position is ideal for a caregiver who is proactive, observant, and confident assisting with mobility and transfers.
Reliable transportation to Dexter is non-negotiable. Please apply only if you can consistently and dependably commute to the client’s home for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
Supportive and compassionate
High School Diploma or equivalent

- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Experience with personal care and meal preparation preferred
- Assist with transfers and mobility support
- Prepare meals and encourage nutrition/hydration
- Provide personal care assistance as needed
- Monitor for changes in physical, emotional, or safety needs
