Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance visits with clients and families.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper training and support.
- Perform supervisory visits with caregivers to assess their skills and provide coaching or training as needed.
- Help grow business by identifying opportunities to modify service plans to best support ongoing needs of the Clients.
- Active CNA license
- Current Drivers License and Auto Insurance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, with a service and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new virtual platforms.
- The first 30 days will be a Monday-Friday schedule while training. Rotating weekends with 2nd Client Care Coordinator.

- Demonstrated ability to think critically, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions independently.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionally.
- Experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, or developing caregivers or healthcare staff.
- Proficient using multiple software platforms and technology in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and follow through with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Starting wage: $80-90k annual (depending on experience)
