Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered.
- Match Care Professionals with clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility.
- Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Care Professionals regarding scheduling updates.
- Monitor schedule accuracy and maintain detailed documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the office team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Support caregiver retention through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
