- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families
- Travel throughout our service territory to meet new clients, conduct in-home consultations, and sign clients up for services
- Create and oversee personalized care plans to ensure every client’s needs are met
- Conduct ongoing visits to monitor satisfaction and quality of care
- Communicate and collaborate with Care Professionals to deliver top-quality service
- Address client or caregiver concerns promptly and compassionately
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support clients and caregivers outside of normal business hours
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A caring, customer-service mindset
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or client relations (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and travel within our service area as needed
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Flexibility to assist with after-hours calls when scheduled
