At Home Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Flexible & Part-Time Scheduling
As a CNA with Home Instead, you may assist seniors with:
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Ambulation, mobility, and transfers
- Personal care and hygiene
- Meal preparation and serving
- Medication reminders and monitoring
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Providing compassionate, one-on-one support based on each client’s individual needs

- Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour
- $2 more per hour on weekends
- Flexible scheduling—we work with your availability!
- Paid training, including personal care training
- Paid travel time between shifts
- Paid sick time—earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year

We are looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs who are committed to providing excellent care to seniors.
Candidates Must
- Hold a current CNA license/certification from any U.S. state
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be fluent in English
- Have the ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Be patient, dependable, and a good listener
- Be comfortable providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Successfully complete required background checks and driving record checks
- Successfully complete a required drug screen
