What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation
- Assist with light housekeeping and prepare nutritious meals
- Provide medication and appointment reminders
- Support individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
- Ensure clients feel safe, respected, and cared for in their homes
- Communicate clearly and kindly with clients, families, and team members
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required if transporting clients)
