- Continuity of care is a huge priority. Strong attendance, consistency, and communication are essential
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
- Competitive Pay - $16 - $18/ hr
- Paid training at your regular wage — initial and ongoing training are paid at the Care Pro’s actual wage, not minimum wage.
- Paid time off — available after 1 year of service for Care Pros averaging 15 hours per week.
- Weekend differential — $1/hour additional pay for eligible work between Friday at 10:00 PM and Sunday at 10:00 PM.
- Awake overnight differential - $1/hour additional pay
- Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, skin care, and incontinence care
- Protect client dignity during all personal care activities
- Support catheter care and monitoring
- Actively guide, support, and ensure safety during transfers, including use of a gait belt
- Prepare balanced meals and snacks that promote nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness
- Complete light housekeeping, laundry, and house hold tasks
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
- Navigate dementia-related challenges using patience, redirection, consistency, and person-centered approaches.
