In-Home Caregiver - Flexible Schedule

Make a difference every day by helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are a growing, locally owned non-medical home care agency looking for compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work and flexible schedules.

What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide non-medical support to seniors and adults who need assistance at home, including:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assistance with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)
• Following care plans and documenting care provided
• Communicating with the office team regarding client needs or changes
  
  

Schedule Options

• Full-time or part-time
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
• Consistent schedules whenever possible
• Flexible availability encouraged
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and reference verification
• Experience preferred, but we provide training for the right person
  
  

Qualifications (Preferred But Not Required)

• Prior caregiving, home care, or senior care experience
• CNA or Caregiver Certification (if applicable)
• Experience with dementia or memory care
• Comfort assisting with personal care
