In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Schedule
Make a difference every day by helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are a growing, locally owned non-medical home care agency looking for compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work and flexible schedules.
What You’ll Do
As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll provide non-medical support to seniors and adults who need assistance at home, including:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assistance with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable)
- Following care plans and documenting care provided
- Communicating with the office team regarding client needs or changes
Schedule Options
- Full-time or part-time
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
- Consistent schedules whenever possible
- Flexible availability encouraged
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and reference verification
- Experience preferred, but we provide training for the right person
Qualifications (Preferred but Not Required)
- Prior caregiving, home care, or senior care experience
- CNA or Caregiver Certification (if applicable)
- Experience with dementia or memory care
- Comfort assisting with personal care
