Schedule:
- Part Time - Shifts Available from 8 am to 8 pm
- Coverage needed 7 days a week
- Required to work 1 weekend day every other week
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required
- Competitive Pay - $16-$18/hr

- Safely guide and assist clients with transfers, mobility, and movement throughout the home.
- Prepare balanced meals and snacks that promote nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness.
- Offer medication reminders in accordance with the care plan and established routines.
- Promote physical well-being through walks, exercise, stretching, and other appropriate daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable living environment through light housekeeping, laundry, and routine household tasks.
- Foster meaningful connections through conversation, engagement, companionship, and emotional reassurance.
- Navigate dementia-related challenges using patience, redirection, consistency, and person-centered approaches.
- Observe and report changes in condition, behavior, or safety concerns to help ensure continuity of care.
- Complete accurate documentation and communicate important updates in a timely manner.
