Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑touch personal care assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while maintaining a luxury‑service standard
- Deliver exceptional support including scheduling assistance, home organization, and personalized daily routines
- Provide more detailed observations and updates regarding the client’s daily condition, mood, routine, meals, hydration, engagement, and care needs.
- Coordinate errands, shopping, and lifestyle tasks tailored to client preferences
- Prepare elevated meal experiences (planned meals, dietary preferences, presentation‑focused service)
- Facilitate meaningful engagement activities, enrichment, and social outings
- Maintain a polished, professional presence and exceptional communication
- Document care and lifestyle activities with attention to detail
- Serve as a trusted partner in enhancing the client’s quality of life
- At least 5 years’ experience in caregiving, hospitality, or senior living
- Strong communication, discretion, and customer‑service skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive support
- Ability to pass required background checks, screenings, and onboarding requirements.
- Valid driver’s license, clean and reliable transportation, and auto insurance when transportation duties are assigned.
- Must of 40 hours per week availability that includes evenings and weekend hours and travel to Douglas and Shawnee Counties.
