- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely

- Generate reports related to billing activities
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve billing processes
- Enter data accurately into billing systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with billing software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong data entry and accounts receivable skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
