Recruitment & Engagement Manager (HR Generalist)

What You'll Do

As our Recruitment & Engagement Manager, you'll lead the recruiting process while developing a team responsible for attracting, hiring, onboarding, and engaging exceptional caregivers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
• Inspire your team to achieve ambitious hiring goals while delivering an exceptional applicant experience.
• Recruit, interview, and hire outstanding caregiver candidates.
• Oversee the hiring process from application through orientation.
• Build meaningful relationships with applicants and help them confidently choose a career with Home Instead.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve results.
• Continuously improve recruiting systems and processes.
• Lead orientation and training sessions for new caregivers.
• Partner with leadership to ensure our staffing goals are consistently achieved.

Experience We'd Love to See

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
• Staffing
• Sales or Business Development
• Account Management
• Admissions or Enrollment
• Hospitality or Retail Management
• Customer Success or Relationship Management

Experience with hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems, Indeed, onboarding, or credentialing is a plus—but we're happy to teach the technical side to the right person.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
