What You'll Be Doing:
As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you’ll offer essential non-medical services tailored to each client’s unique needs, such as:
- Companionship & Conversation: Build relationships through meaningful interactions.
- Personal Care Support: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines while respecting the client’s dignity.
- Meal Prep & Light Housekeeping: Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help keep the home clean and organized.
- Medication Reminders & Routine Monitoring: Ensure clients stay on track with daily tasks and appointments.
- Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care: Offer specialized, patient-centered support for individuals living with cognitive challenges.
- Transportation & Errands: Help clients maintain independence by assisting with appointments and daily errands.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Preferably 6 months of caregiving or healthcare experience (not required—we provide paid training!).
- Must have reliable transportation
- Physically able to assist with caregiving duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screening, and fingerprinting (we’ll guide you through the process!).
