Job Responsibilities
Provide immediate support for urgent or last-minute care needs
Deliver personal care, ADL support, standby assistance, and companionship
Step into homes or facilities with confidence and professionalism
Represent Home Instead as a trusted, skilled care leader
Provide training and office support as needed
Requirements
Treat clients with dignity and respect
Weekend availability (If applicable)
Effective communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (If applicable)
Compliance with State of Louisiana regulations, DMV check, and drug screening.
