Home Instead is a mission-driven home care organization dedicated to helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home. We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll processing, HR documentation, and manage business office operations across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
· Oversee and improve business office operations across several franchise locations.
· Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple offices.
· Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now and ensure compliance.
· Assist with benefits coordination, onboarding documents, and credential tracking.
· Support accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and QuickBooks updates.
· Prepare reports and support leadership with operational and administrative tasks.
· Help standardize processes and maintain system accuracy across locations.
What We’re Looking For
· 1–3 years of payroll, HR, or accounting experience.
· Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks, and Excel preferred.
· High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Dependable, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple offices.
