What The Position is About:
- Manage the production staff and installation crews, ensuring monthly installation capacity and production goals are achieved
- Recruit, hire, and train installation team members
- Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations of the production department and to maximize installation and warehouse efficiency
- Attend pre-construction meetings while coordinating project schedules, material orders, and installer assignments to ensure job readiness
- Lead monthly production meetings and provide regular coaching and performance feedback to drive accountability and professional growth
- Coordinate with all vendors and internal teams to ensure materials, deliveries, and schedules align for successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and federal, state, and local regulations
- Consistently communicate with customers about their projects to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company standards and exceed customer expectations
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3 years of production management experience within the home improvement industry
- Proven experience leading multiple teams and installs per day
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and training staff
- Window experience is preferred
- Experience overseeing production at the $8M-$10M revenue mark is preferred
