Home Helpers is currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions to support our clients in Marin and San Francisco. We are seeking compassionate, trustworthy, and professional individuals to join our team in improving the lives of local seniors.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $20 - $25 per hour (higher starting wages for CNA/LVN)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) and dementia care
- Lifting, transferring, and light housekeeping as needed
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Providing local transportation, errands, and meaningful companionship
- Facilitating social interactions and light exercise
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills in English
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Social Security card or valid work authorization
- Ability to pass a drug screening and DOJ/FBI background check
- Willingness to obtain a TB test and register as a Home Care Aide (HCA); we can assist with the registration process if needed.
