What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Caregiver position at Home Helpers Home Care?
Home Helpers is seeking compassionate employees to provide individual care to older adults in their homes.
Must be reliable and have transportation. If you enjoy meeting new people, have a heart to serve, and want to work, please apply. STNA/CNA and HHA or PCA experience is appreciated, but not required.
Responsibilities (will vary by client):
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal care (bathing, toileting)
- Follow a plan of care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Prior home care experience a plus
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
