Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection across multiple levels of the organization.
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet business objectives.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality candidate experience.
• Conduct negotiations with candidates and hiring managers to ensure competitive offers that align with employment law in talent management.
• Oversee campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting efforts to diversify talent pipelines.
• Maintain compliance with HR legal requirements and employment law while managing candidate sourcing, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations activities.

Qualification

Hiring Manager should be responsible in recruitment healthcare, or home care management,

hiring and recruitment skills: Experience screening application, interviewing candidates

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
