As an In Home Caregiver, you will be a trusted companion and essential helper, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are met with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Assist person with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support patients with medication administration
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with meal planning.
• Provide patient observation and monitor changes in condition, reporting any concerns promptly
• Maintain detailed care plans, document patient progress, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams while respecting HIPAA privacy standards.
• Support clients in community settings by providing transportation assistance and encouraging social engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, or senior care is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
• Must have vehicle
