Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a compassionate and reliable PCA or CNA to provide in-home care for patients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and supporting patients in maintaining their health and comfort.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification or PCA experience.
- Experience working in home care or patient care preferred.
- Strong communication, compassion, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutrition as needed.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse or family.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
