MedicaShift is hiring reliable and compassionate PRN Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This role primarily supports weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) and requires travel to Mt. Hope, KS. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care while maintaining flexibility with assignments.
As a CNA/CMA at MedicaShift, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Observing and reporting changes in patient condition
- Providing compassionate, respectful care to all residents
- To meet the daily requirements of the facility which may include cleaning, laundry, meal prepping, and any other tasks required by the facility
Requirements:
- Active CNA and/or CMA certification (Must be certified in the state of Kansas)
- Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for patient care
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living (preferred but not required)
