ROLE SUMMARY
ABI is looking for a sharp, organized, and people-first HR / Caregiver Onboarding Manager to help power the engine behind our care teams.
In this role, you’ll own the caregiver onboarding experience from start to finish — making sure great caregivers join the team quickly, smoothly, and fully prepared to support our patients.
You’ll keep onboarding moving fast, keep records clean and compliant, and work closely with Intake and Operations to remove friction across the system.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO
Caregiver Onboarding and HR Operations
- Manage the full caregiver onboarding process from application through activation
- Support new caregivers through onboarding and answer questions about forms, requirements, and next steps
- Track onboarding progress to ensure caregivers are ready to start work quickly
- Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks to minimize ramp time and avoid delays in patient care
- Develop deep familiarity with Medicaid eligibility rules, payer coding, and home care program requirements, and translate those rules into clear decisions about patient eligibility and next steps
Compliance Documentation
- Maintain accurate caregiver files and ensure all required documents are complete and up to date
- Track health forms, credentials, and required annual trainings
- Support internal compliance audits and documentation reviews
- Ensure employee records meet company standards and regulatory requirement
Care Experience and Support
- Provide clear explanations of onboarding procedures and documentation requirements
- Deliver a supportive, professional onboarding experience for caregivers
- Respond quickly and professionally to caregiver and internal team questions
- Gather caregiver feedback and help improve onboarding and work experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 4 year experience in HR, onboarding, people operations, or home care operations
- 2 year experience overseeing a team, coaching, mentoring, team building
- Excellent customer service over the phone and in-person
- Comfortable with autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced field environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese required
- Proficient in computer/PC skills (e.g., HHAx), Google Workspace, and Excel

Pay: $66,300.00 - $80,000.00 per year
