This is a regular, full time position with compensation beginning at $80,824.39 annually. Home Forward is dedicated to establishing and upholding compensation plans and structures that are financially responsible, encourage innovation, and support the growth and development of our staff. We will continuously monitor pay and total compensation to ensure that our decisions are aligned with our philosophy, the Oregon Equal Pay Act, our organizational culture, and all relevant statutory requirements.

Home Office & Internet Stipends We are a hybrid organization and set up our folks for success! Each new employee will receive a $250 home office set-up stipend, and $150 annually there-after. Additionally, we contribute to your internet expenses as well.
Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience working with a property management company or housing agency with disadvantaged, special needs populations. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, or related field preferred. Property management experience at a tax credit, section 8, or public housing community preferred. Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) or Public Housing Management (PHM) certification preferred.
