Position: Marketing Specialist
FLSA: Full-Time, Non-exempt/Hourly
Location: 2252 N. Broadway
Moore, Oklahoma 73160
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (occasional nights/weekends for events)
General Purpose: Optimizes the website as a member of the marketing department.
Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Supervision Exercised: None
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Optimization & Upkeep Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. This role is responsible for maintaining website performance, executing SEO and SEM strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives through community engagement and Realtor-focused programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, performance, and user experience
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
- Plan and execute SEM campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
- Monitor website performance and analytics, providing actionable insights
- Support and assist with community events and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and participate in Realtor events and outreach efforts
- Manage and execute Realtor rewards and incentive programs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and drive traffic and leads
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors degree in related field or 4 years of on the job experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or related industry
- Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation strategies
- Experience supporting events and promotional programs
- Knowledge of basic marketing tactics and operations
- Knowledge of general office practices
- Knowledge and execution of effective layout, design and ad copy
- Working knowledge of a variety of design computer applications (Adobe Creative Suites - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
- Ability to coordinate, plan and administer
- Ability to speak publicly on behalf of the organization
- Ability to compile and analyze data
- Ability to be flexible (schedule) and ability to work under deadlines
- Ability to communicate with media on positive and negative stories
- Ability to write, good speller, and good grammar
- Ability to manage personnel and budgets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to be a member of a dedicated team
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in working with computers and other types of technology
Work Environment: Office environment. The noise level is moderately quiet.
Physical Demands: Occasionally required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop or kneel.
