Role Description The Associate Home Chief of Staff is a part-time hybrid role based in Greenwich, CT, with a mix of in‑home work and remote support. In this role, the associate will help implement and maintain household rhythms, including weekly home resets, laundry support, and common‑area tidying tailored to each family’s preferences. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include calendar and appointment coordination, managing renewals and reminders, conducting research on services and vendors, and organizing household information and processes. The associate will communicate regularly with clients, coordinate with properties and vendors, and provide follow‑through on details that reduce the mental load for the household. This position requires sound judgment, discretion, and a calm, solutions‑oriented approach to supporting modern family life.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and household operations skills, including home tidying, weekly resets, and systems for managing routines and tasks.
- Calendar, scheduling, and logistics skills, including appointment management, travel coordination, and vendor/property communication.
- Administrative and research skills, including handling renewals and reminders, conducting online research, and maintaining clear documentation and checklists.
