In this role, you will guide customers through the home-buying journey, provide expert product and financing guidance, and create a memorable, trust-based experience that makes the largest decision of their lives feel achievable and exciting. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through the home ownership journey with clarity and empathy. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on home-related products, services, and financing options. Demonstrate and explain products (homes, financing, warranties, and related services) to help customers make informed decisions. Collaborate with real estate partners, lenders, and in-house teams to streamline the customer experience. Stay current on market trends, pricing, incentives, and competitive offerings; communicate value propositions effectively. Develop a consultative sales approach, including needs discovery, solution mapping, and proposal delivery. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and transactions in the CRM. Uphold company standards for ethics, integrity, and compliance in all interactions. Participate in ongoing training to deepen knowledge of products, financing options, and sales techniques. Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Qualifications Prior sales experience, preferably in home improvement, real estate, mortgage/financing, or a related field. Passion for real estate and helping families achieve home ownership. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex concepts in clear, relatable terms. Strong customer-service orientation with a friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly and manage multiple prospects through the sales funnel. Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and basic data entry; comfort with technology and online resources. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
