Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and support to individuals in residential settings
- Assist clients with routines, personal care, and activities that support their well-being
- Follow written and verbal care instructions to ensure safe, consistent service
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Work assigned shifts, including weekend availability as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- 1 year of experience preferred as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar direct care role
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated approach
Hours
12-hr mirror shifts and every other weekend
Some homes may need Support Staff hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.37 - $15.37 per hour
