Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care and support for elderly clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and independence
- Follow written and verbal care instructions with limited supervision
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Maintain reliable attendance for assigned day shifts, with full-time availability preferred
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- 1 year of experience preferred as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar direct care role
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable, and well-organized approach
Hours
Mainly Day shift and weekends, some hours at night as well
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.99 - $14.00 per hour
