Graphic/Web Designer

Red Rock Pharmacy is looking for positive, dependable, and detail-oriented employees to join our team. We are looking for full-time Graphic/Web Designers for our Salt Lake City location.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels (ads, social media, email, website, presentations, and conference materials)
• Develop marketing collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, banners, and branded templates
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Create graphics for campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
• Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

Wages

Compensation is dependent on experience.

Graphic/Web Designer Qualifications: 

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (in-house or agency)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Experience creating marketing materials and campaign assets
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
   

  Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of web design and basic UX/UI principles
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or marketing platforms (Webflow, HubSpot, etc.)
