Responsibilities
- Follow the care plan prepared by our registered nurse.
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
- Report client changes in condition to the agency RN / Director of Clinical Services
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A CNA license, or an HHA (minimum 40 hour certificate), or the ability to pass an HHA competency exam and demonstrate all required skills
- Minimum ONE year experience as a CNA or HHA
- Current Level 2 Background Screen with AHCA
- Current CPR card (online courses not accepted)
