Why PNS? Pediatric Nursing Specialists of Indiana (PNS) is part of Home Care Network (HCN), and we are a Medicare-certified home care and home health agency existing to ensure that Hoosiers receive family-centered, community-based, coordinated care. Despite our name, we provide total patient & family support for not just children, but infants, adults, and seniors, too, serving clients across all counties in Indiana.

As a leading provider of care throughout Ohio and Indiana since 1993, we have earned an excellent reputation as an employer. We are nurse-owned and locally led, meaning our patients' care, trust, and wellbeing - not profits - always come first. This also means our agency fosters an environment where nurses and caregivers thrive, allowing us to handpick and retain top talent for a long time. Our staff consists of professional and specialized caregivers, nurses, case managers, and supervisors, as well as family caregivers.

  • Being "nurse-owned" means that the decisions on how the agency operates are made by leaders who have been in your role, in this industry, living and serving clients in your community, for decades.
  • All of our Regional Administrators are experienced RNs, which we think helped us earn a top spot as a "2024 Best Health Care Companies based in Dayton, OH" from Zippia Career Experts.

Join our team of dedicated clinicians and care professionals! Make a difference in our patients' lives and take your career in a positive direction.
