We are seeking CT LPN's to join our team
We work throughout Fairfield County in CT
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care at homes.
- Establish a Plan of Care and treatment plans
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Connecticut
- Previous experience in nursing
- 2 years of home care experience
- Ability to build rapport with patients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $70, $75,000.00 per year
