What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregivers 9am-9pm Swarthmore position at Home Care Assistance - Philadelphia?
Interviewing for caregivers to work with a young adult in a wheel chair. We are looking for experienced caregivers with at least 1 year of experience. Caregiver will need to use a hoyer lift and be comfortable with providing personal care such as showering.
Shifts are 9am-9pm and 9pm -9am
Position will start in late August
Many of our clients need personal care assistance or assistance getting in and out of their bed or wheel chair.

- Past Experience as a caregiver
- Hoyer lift experience or willingness to learn.

- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent references from past employers and supervisors. A hunger to learn how to best care for your client.
Job Duties:
- Assist client with daily living activities.
- Using Hoyer lift to assist client
- Clients and caregivers are matched based on skill level, personality traits and preferences to support long-term relationships.
