Responsibilities
What the role looks like day to day
- Work inbound leads through PLACE systems and convert to buyer and seller appointments
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide them to the right home
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and execute full marketing plans including staging and pricing strategy
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers with confidence
- Run two open houses per month as part of your lead generation activity
- Track all activity and pipeline in PLACE Technology daily
- Attend weekly script practice, team meetings, partner calls, and trainings
- Complete PLACE Launch and execute lead generation systems weekly
- Commit to weekly coaching sessions — come ready to grow
Qualifications
We're not looking for the most experienced agent in the room. We're looking for the one who will outwork everyone and take coaching seriously. New or a few years in, if you're driven and coachable, we want to talk.
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 1 years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
