Inside Sales & Scheduling Coordinator – Construction & Remodeling
Job Description: We are a construction and remodeling company that is growing daily! We are looking for motivated individuals to fill our seats in our successful data entry and call center/telemarketing department. We will be calling customers to confirm appointments and help generate new business. There are daily opportunities for bonuses and cash commissions, and we offer all the tools to ensure you succeed within the company.

What You’ll Do:
- Contact warm leads and past customers (no cold calling!)
- Re-engage interested homeowners to schedule new appointments or follow-ups
- Help maximize sales opportunities for our home improvement division
- Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to hit weekly and monthly goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in home improvement telemarketing or appointment setting
- A positive, high-energy attitude and strong communication skills
- Someone eager to grow beyond entry-level telemarketing
- Self-motivated and ready to take initiative

Starting @ 20/hr depending on experience
