In search of a Personal Care Attendant for a 12 year old boy with disabilities. Looking for someone to support individual in reaching their goals and with their activities of daily living.
Hours needed are as follows: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-9:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays optional for extra hours.
Requirements of this position include:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have the skills to perform services as specified in the person’s service plan
- Have basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Have a valid Social Security number and be authorized to work in the United States
- Submit to a criminal history background records check through the Virginia State Police, and, if the person being served is a minor, the Virginia Dept. of Social Services (VDSS) Child Protective Services (CPS) Central Registry
1-2 years experience preferred, but not required. Pay is non-negotiable.
