Home Acquisition Group is hiring high-output cold callers to connect with real estate agents across California and help source off-market deals.
This is not a typical call center role.
We’re looking for people who can build and maintain real relationships, not just dial numbers.
What You’ll Do:
- Call real estate agents using leads we provide
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
- Identify off-market opportunities and referrals
- Consistently follow up and stay top-of-mind
What We Provide:
- Qualified lead lists (no scraping, no guesswork)

Compensation:
- 100% commission (uncapped)
- Average commission per deal: $500 – $5,000
- Expected performance:
- ~1 deal/month at ~4 hours/day (Mon–Sat)
- Scale your income directly by increasing call volume and consistency
Time Commitment:
- Flexible schedule
- 4–12 hours/day (Mon-Sat) recommended for serious earners
