This opportunity will be life-changing for the 1–2 individuals we select to join our in-person Cold Calling Team for our SEO Agency in McKinney, TX.
This is an opportunity to develop one of the most powerful skills you can ever have in the real world: the ability to introduce yourself powerfully and build genuine relationships with complete strangers.
Your role is extremely simple.
Every day you will cold call small business owners locally and across the United States, introduce yourself, ask thoughtful questions, and build authentic relationships on a daily basis that lead to at least five scheduled appointments per day with our Partnership Director.
Many people would find this activity intimidating. Successful people find it fun, engaging, and empowering.
We are looking for the second group.

ScaleSuite provides a $48,000 base salary and commission structure that allows a high performer to earn over six figures by simply just reaching out to small business owners and booking 5 appointments on our Partnership Director’s calendar every day.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct a high-volume of outbound cold calls (Mon-Fri).
- Schedule 5 appointments per day on our Partnership Director’s calendar.
- Understand and articulate the value propositions of our SEO service.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM systems with relevant customer information and progress of each call.
- Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor regardless of immediate outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, door knocking, or outbound relationship building (REQUIRED).
- Excellent verbal communication and influence skills.
- Advanced level knowledge of sales & human psychology
- Ability to handle objections and handle them effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software (REQUIRED)
