DAY-TO-DAY
This part-time position typically works over the weekend. Saturday, and Sunday in the mornings.
As a Hotel Receptionist / Front Desk Attendant, you are the face of hospitality! With a warm and friendly demeanor, you greet each guest and assist with check-in or check-out. You assign rooms, accommodating special needs whenever possible. With enthusiasm, you answer phones and assist guests with questions, reservations, and more.
You keep the front desk area clean and presentable for our guests. Always meticulous, you make sure that all billing is accurate. You handle cash, credit cards, and checks responsibly according to our policies and procedures. Meeting guests and helping them have the best experience possible fills you with great satisfaction!
