A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING LEAD/ATTENDANT
As a Hotel Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining our high cleaning standards to provide guests with an exceptional hospitality experience. You clean each room, which includes wiping down surfaces, removing trash, sweeping the floors, and replacing towels or toiletries when needed. In addition, you make the beds and ensure everything seems to be in working order. If any guests come to you with complaints or concerns, you promptly inform the correct personnel.
