AR Claim Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly receivable claims for 16 vendors and manage associated reporting
- Organize Mitsubishi claim files by rebate code and create separate tracking sheets
- Generate monthly aged claim reports and submit to accounting
- Manage COOP (Co-op) vendor funding requests and track funding status
- Submit utility rebate requests to New England state programs
- Analyze and report on excess, slow-moving, and damaged inventory.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and inventory reporting
- Support the FP&A Manager in developing P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts
- Prepare and distribute month-end financial reports to senior management
- Contribute to budget and forecast development by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
