Responsibilities Of a Counter Sales Associate
- Customer Engagement & Sales - Greet customers and answer calls; identify needs and recommend HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies that best fit their requirements
- Product Knowledge & Promotion Awareness - Discuss features and benefits of merchandise; stay current on promotions and deals to maximize sales opportunities
- Order Processing & Problem-Solving - Research inventory availability using computer databases, prepare sales/quote orders, process payments, and handle substitutions when needed
- Showroom & Inventory Management - Maintain organized displays, assist warehouse staff, and coordinate transfers, open orders, and warranty authorizations
- Multi-Tasking & Flexibility - Balance counter sales with clerical support, telephone outreach, and warehouse assistance—wearing multiple hats to keep operations running smoothly
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $25
