Pay and Benefits:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain visually compelling retail displays that inspire customers.
- Manage product display and inventory, including updating tags and assisting with counts.
- Assemble and arrange products to optimize showroom layout and visual marketing.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of displays and products to ensure they meet our visual merchandising standards.
- Take on additional tasks related to visual presentation as needed.
Training Includes:
- Techniques for effective visual merchandising and display design.
- Best practices for managing inventory and maintaining high standards of store visuals.
- Utilizing HOM Furniture’s resources to enhance retail design and presentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
- Experience: Preferred two years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
