Our Chicopee Physician Practice is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all operational and managerial activities associated with the successful oversight of a high-volume, multi-provider Primary Care practice. Will provide leadership and direction to direct reports and providers, and act as a positive role model. They will coordinate and carry out all administrative functions including general customer service and general administrative support to physicians/providers and staff as well as educate staff regarding the Organization's and the Practice's policies and oversee compliance.
Evening hours will be occasionally required.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management or a related field; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical practice management; broad knowledge of physician practice management and budget management. Proven communication and presentation skills; experience working with third-party payers and working knowledge of ICD-10; Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
