Full job description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.
This position is for a Heavy Equipment Operator whose primary job will be operating an Excavator in a safe, efficient and productive manner. The ideal candidate will also be proficient other equipment such as Bulldozer, Skid Steer, Loader, Roller, Etc.
Pay will be based on experience and versatility. This is a year-round, full time, home nightly position.
Summary of Qualifications:
- Ability to operate equipment such as an Excavator, Bulldozer, Skidsteer, Vibratory Roller, Grader, Backhoe, etc. in a safe and efficient manner
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in a Sitework Environment, not just Landscaping
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the work
- Able to work independently and efficiently
Summary of Expectations:
- You will be expected to take good care of the equipment you operate with regular maintenance and communicate needed repairs.
- You will be expected to be professional, exercising care, expertise, and efficiency in all that you do with a positive attitude.
- You will be expected to be a team player with the ability to follow directions and also participate in keeping the work flowing during busy times
